Sandwich Loaf: What Was To Be The Fresh From The Oven Entry

Fresh From The Oven Challenge hosted by Jo’s Kitchen. This was supposed to be it. But I forgot to submit it on time so here goes it anyway.

The recipe is from here. It’s a definite keeper. The loaf is close-textured, moist but doesn’t impart that stick to the roof of your mouth quality that you often get from shop bought loaves.

And it definitely passed the fried egg sandwich test.
