Whipped & Baked is a small, grass root independently run baked confections business based in Chichester. As a business, we source our ingredients from as many local businesses as possible, using produce from family run Wayside Organics and free range eggs from a farm in Petworth. We avoid using margarines in our cakes and use only butter.
Currently, Whipped & Baked has a Saturday pop-up cake stall in Chichester at the corner of Guildhall Street, which is just off North Street. We are just opposite Priory Park’s main gate. Trading will run until the Saturday before Christmas 2012.
We also take our cupcake bar to Brighton Tattoo Convention. 2013 will be our fourth year there.
We have plenty of plans for 2013. Watch this space.
